How to update your beneficiary
What is a beneficiary?
A beneficiary is a person or entity that is designated to receive the benefits owned by someone else. If you had passed away yesterday, your beneficiary for life insurance coverage would receive the death benefit on the policy. If you would like to change or update your beneficiary/ies, please follow the steps below.
On your dashboard, select Benefits.
Click Change My Benefits - I would like to “Change Beneficiaries.”
Click Continue.
Follow the steps and you will be prompted to change beneficiaries.
Sign your form(s).
