How to view and/or download employee documents and enrollment forms

 
 

To view and/or download employee documents and enrollment forms, please follow the steps below.

  1. Go to your company’s benefits portal.

  2. Click on the “Employees” tab.

  3. Find the employee whose document(s) you need to view and click on their name.

  4. Click on the “Documents” tab.

    1. Shared: These documents are shared between your company and the employee. This includes documents uploaded by HR and/or the benefits broker, the W-4 and I-9 if the onboarding feature is utilized, COBRA letters, and more.

    2. Private: These are documents uploaded by HR and/or the benefits broker that are private and not shared with the employee.

    3. Forms: Forms signed by the employee during Onboarding, Open Enrollment, a Qualifying Event, or Underwriting. Forms may not be uploaded to this section.

    4. Offer Letter: If your company utilizes the applicant feature, this tab will show the offer letter and relevant employee details.

  5. To view and/or download a document, click on the document name.
