How to receive a gym reimbursement from Independence Blue Cross

 
 

To receive a gym reimbursement from Independence Blue Cross (IBC), please follow the steps below.

  1. Request a visit log from your gym that shows time/date punched in and proof of payment each month. The visit log must show that you attended your gym 120 times throughout the year.

  2. Login or register for your IBC portal at ibx.com.

  3. Click on “Health & Well-Being” on the top of your reen.

  4. Click on “Discounts & Reimbursements”. This will lead you to a list of discounts and reimbursements available to you. Click “Fitness Program.”

  5. Once you are led to the reimbursements site, register for an account or login with previously created credentials if you’ve submitted reimbursement documents in the past.

  6. Click on “Fitness”. Follow the screens and fill out the required information, including uploading the requested documents.

  7. You will be able to view your reimbursement status in this reimbursement portal after submitting.
