How do I know what benefits are covered?
Unsure about what is covered through your insurance plan(s)?
A Summary of Benefits reviews the insurance plan's costs, benefits, covered services, and other features that are important to know. It also includes rules, limits, and exceptions. Follow the steps below to find your summary of benefits:
1. On your dashboard, select Benefits.
2. Click Change My Benefits.
3. Under each benefit there is a document listed as “Summary of benefits”, “SBC”, or “Description”. Click to view.
