We are seeking a passionate, self-driven insurance producer to join our team!

The ideal candidate must be self-motivated and enthusiastic in developing new business and sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new business via business meetings, networking events and other lead sources

  • Develop insurance quotes and create sales presentations

  • Present suite of insurance products to prospective clients

  • Foster strong relationships with clients to maintain a high level of retention and product loyalty

  • Meet new business production goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Outgoing, high energy, positive attitude

    Must be able to work independently and be a team player 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Professional appearance

  • Conduct business with strong ethics, honesty and integrity

  • Possess a Life & Health Insurance License or be able to obtain within 60 days of employment

Commissions:

  • Depending on experience, average first year income $50,000

  • Renewals build income each successive year
