What You’ll Do:
- Proactively prospect new clients through meetings, events, referrals, and networking
- Create personalized insurance quotes and strategic presentations for prospective clients
- Present a full suite of employee benefit solutions with confidence and care
- Build and nurture long-term relationships to ensure high retention and client satisfaction
- Meet and exceed new business production goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive, energetic, and outgoing personality
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-focused environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional, ethical, and committed to client-first service
- Must have or be able to obtain a Life & Health Insurance License within 60 days
Compensation:
- Commission-based role with average first-year income of $50,000+
