How to reset your password
To reset your password for your company’s benefits portal, follow the steps below.
Go to your company’s benefits portal.
On the login screen, click “Forgot?”
Enter the email address associated with your account.
In your email, click “Reset Password”. This will bring you back to the login screen where you will create your new password. Your password must contain a minimum of 8 characters, with at least 1 lowercase, 1 uppercase, and 1 numeric or special character.
Enter the code that was provided to your email address.
Click “Reset Password” and it will sign you into your dashboard.
