We are seeking a passionate, self-driven insurance producer to join our team! Our ideal candidate is self-motivated and enthusiastic in developing new business and sales opportunities. No experience required.

Responsibilities:
Prospect for new business via business meetings, networking events and other lead sources
Develop insurance quotes and create sales presentations
Present suite of insurance products to prospective clients
Foster strong relationships with clients to maintain a high level of retention and product loyalty
Meet new business production goals and objectives
Requirements:
Outgoing, high energy, positive attitude
Must be able to work independently and be a team player
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional appearance
Conduct business with strong ethics, honesty and integrity
Possess a Life & Health Insurance License or be able to obtain within 60 days of employment
Salary Base + Commissions:
Top entry-level producers average $50,000
Experienced representatives earn upwards of $80,000+ in commissions
All agents can earn quarterly bonuses of up to $5,000 each quarter
